This page lists all items across organizational units with Order No., VUI, Created, Placed by, Item No., S/BL No. and Supplier No..

Indicates that the required documentation for this item has been registered.
Indicates that the required documentation for this item has not been registered.
Indicates that the registration has already been approved.

Click the VUI to see the registrations for that specific order.

In the Header of the Item list some of the categories are marked in darkblue, these are links. Click any of these links to sort the list according to that specific category.

Indicates that a quality certificate has been uploaded. Click the icon to download the certificate.
Indicates that more certificates have been uploaded. Click the icon to see a list (new window/popup). Click the icon to download the certificate.

Click this icon to export the all Items list to Excel.

Click this icon to print the Item list.

Show

Check the boxes to sort the items by registration levels.

Search

Search for specific items by entering Order No., VUI, Date, Placed by, Item No., Internal Item No., S/BL No. and/or Supplier No.

You can limit your search by conducting a star search in one or more fields. E.g. enter *3 in the Order No. field to search for all orders ending with the number 3.

Use the other search fields to further narrow your search. E.g. combine your star search in the Order No. field with a search in the Item No. field. Clicking the Search button now will result in items living up to the criteria entered in the Order No. and Item No. fields.

You can also limit your search by entering a time period. Click the icon to pick out the dates to search by.

Click the Search button to search with the entered criteria.
